- Letter of support from either a Training Director or a Head of Department

All participants will receive an attendance certificate, free course materials, board (catering), a dinner (social event) and accomodation during the course. Only participants who are EADV members will also receive an educational grant. There is no course charge.
Important Note:
- Selected applicants are obliged to arrange for adequate insurance cover themselves in order to be allowed to take part in the practical sessions of this course. If status of application positive at notification, you will be asked to either e-mail or fax us a copy of your insurance.
- This course may be CME accredited (tbc)
- Selected applicants are requested to make their own travel arrangements also with respect to entering the respective country. An official letter of invitation for obtaining a visa can be provided upon request.
