Patient privacy / Clinical photographs / Conflict of interest

PHOTOGRAPHS should at all times protect the privacy and identity of the subject.  Eyes should be blacked out. The source of the photographs must also be declared if not the property of the presenter . This is to prevent the use of photographic material without permission.

Conflict of Interest

A signed Declaration of Interest form is required from all presenters at EADV academic meetings. It should include:
1. Paid work by commercial organisations either directly or indirectly through an intermediary.
2. Receipt / ownership of shares in commercial companies.
3. Receipt of travelling, accommodation and hospitality expenses from commercial organisations.
